A $100.00
non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your space in our
machine. This amount is applied to your purchase. If you
cancel your order after we have processed your flowers, your money
will not be returned. If you cancel your reservation your money
will not be refunded.
Design selection
is not required prior to processing the flowers, however, it is
recommended. All orders are custom designed, therefore they are
not subject to exchange or return or refund. All sales are final.
If your encasement
is not chosen prior to drying the flowers, the process will take
longer than 4-12 weeks. Flowers not placed in an
encasement will only last 2-5 years, so it is recommended you encase
them to get the maximum benefit of preserving your flowers.
75%
of the entire cost is required at the time the encasement is chosen.
The remaining 25% is due upon completion of your keepsake. MasterCard,
Visa, Money Order, and personal checks are accepted for all payments
EXCEPT the final payment. Only MasterCard, Visa,
Money Orders and Cash will be accepted. NO
personal checks for the final payment.
All returned
items (NSF, charge card returns, etc.) will be subject to a $35.00
fee.
A 10% discount
will apply to all orders paid in full when reservation
is made.
Flowers will
change colors. Nature plays a big part in the process and we cannot
control the changes that may take place. Whites become creamy or
Ivory, Reds become Burgundy or darker, etc. We will use color enhancements
to give your product a more finished appearance. Over time, your
flowers will take on a more “Victorian” look.
Gardens of the
Heart cannot be responsible nor held liable for flower spoilage
due to power outages, acts of God, mechanical failure or other failures
beyond our control. If we experience down time, we will notify you.
Your freeze-dry fee will not be refunded but your encasement money
(if paid in advance) will be returned if this happens.
You
will be notified when your design is completed. We request you pick
up your design within 15 days of notification. Any designs
left with Gardens of the Heart after 30 days will be subject to
a $25.00 storage fee for each month we hold the design. After 60
days, we will consider your design abandoned and will keep your
design. No monies will be refunded if this happens. You can notify
us if unusual circumstances occur, we will work with you. Our goal
is not to keep your design, but to have you receive it.
Gift certificates
are available.
Your order serves
as your consent to allow Gardens of the Heart to create your design
using their best judgment within the limitations of your selection.
Gardens of the
Heart reserves the right to use all designs/photos of the finished
product for promotional purposes.
