Flowers have
always been a part of my life; from my mother’s yard that
“looks like a park” to my love of arranging them. Flowers
can add color and beauty to a room as well as create memories. The
memories we have from flowers can bring a smile to our face or tears
to our eyes.
| My
previous experience as a floral designer and love for flowers
prompted me to do something that would keep the memories alive.
Whether it be a wedding or a funeral, a graduation or a birth;
flowers represent the love shared by others for that “special
someone”. After the occasion has passed, the flowers wilt
and the memory will fade. By freeze-drying the flowers, your
memories don’t have to fade. The flowers can be placed
in a dome, a wall frame, or a shadow box creating a keepsake
of your memories. |
